General

You may notice a subtle mark or discolouration as a result of the printing process. Don’t be alarmed as this is just the result of the heat press used to bond the print and ensure longevity. 
This is normal and will disappear once the fabric is washed and settled.

Our DTF Hyperflex prints have been tested up to 50 washes as long as washing guidelines are strictly observed. Some prints last longer and are worn for many years.
Golden Rule: Cold wash only!

Nope! We’ll keep a record of your design files and print details, so reordering is simple and easy.

There are a couple of ways. You can either find your previous saved designs from within the tshirt designer. Look for ‘My Design’ in the left hand designer tool bar. Otherwise, another simple way if you haven’t saved your design is to find your past order from within your account, and simply click ‘Edit Design’. This will load up your previous designed item to allow you to change the product / update sizes etc using the previous design.

We don’t have any! You can order just 1 custom item if you like.

Our standard production turnaround time is 7 business days from date of order (+ delivery time).

We exclusively supply AS Colour garments. We do not however hold stock, with all jobs ordered on demand. Thankfully AS Colour also operate a select number of retail stores around Australia. It is recommended that you find your local retail store if you would like the opportunity to view the range.

No, we do not print on customer supplied blanks and there’s a few reasons behind this;
1. We need to know the fabric we are printing on to achieve optimum results.
2. It streamlines the process by having us supply.
3. We save you money.
4. Its part of our business.

It’s really simple. Log in to your account and select the order, In there, click the “edit design” link next to the product you’d like to re-order and enter your sizes/quantities for purchase.

You will get a confirmation email once you make payment, Then 7 business days later, you will receive an email & SMS with your tracking number for shipping. Simple as that.
If there is a red X preventing you from ordering a certain size, this means that the size for that particular product / colour, is OUT OF STOCK and is not available for purchase until back in stock.

If you are local to the GC, you can give our shop a call and we can provide you with a local pick up code.
Yes. You will be notified via txt and/or email on dispatch and will also be able to view your tracking details within your account or by heading to the Order Tracking page.

Artwork

We use Standard print sizes and scale your artwork to match the mock-up. Our experienced printers will place your design in the best location for the style and size you have chosen. Including centring and straightening where appropriate. To request specific print sizes, special positions or specific measurements, add detailed comments to your order at checkout within the print notes section.

300dpi resolution artwork at actual print size, crop the canvas to the edges of the design. ‘Save as’ PNG with transparent background.

Yes we do, through our partnership program with Fiverr. Click here to get new designs for as low as $15

From within the Fitprint designer tool, you will see on the left hand side, menu option “Design Templates”. Click that button and instantly you will see our available templates, mocked up instantly on a product preview.

No sorry, this is to prevent designs accidentally being cut off.

No. As a general rule of thumb, the colours will be printed as how it would be if you were to print your design on a piece of paper. However there are ways and tools available for us to achieve as accurate a colour as possible. Visit out Colour Matching Disclaimer page for more info.

All orders are printed via DTF (direct to film) which is a Hybrid finish between DTG and transfer printing. Our one is called Hyper Flex.

Payment

All payments are taken via credit/debit card on checkout. Your transaction is handled safely and securely with Stripe.

Bulk Discounts

We’ve got all details on our Bulk Discount page. Its really simple. The more you add to your cart, the bigger the discount.

Just order as normal via design & buy. You will then start to see notices when you visit the cart page letting you know how many units you need to get the discount. Its simple..
